Welcome to The Sidney – our 1,544 square foot infill floor plan! This home sits at 20ft wide making the livable space inside unbelievably welcoming. With massive windows on both the front and back of the home, the natural light floods in! We really wanted to create a functional floor plan that gave our buyers plenty of storage for their busy households.
