We specialize in large-scale renovations, typically starting at $150,000 and above. Renovations of this scale often involve multiple spaces, structural updates, or significant design transformations.
What is your timeline?
Large-scale renovations take time to plan before construction begins. From meetings and floor plans to design and material selections, this phase can take several months, but it ensures a seamless process can take place once construction begins. Timelines are also subject to availability in our calendar, so starting the conversation early helps us plan your project efficiently.
Are you willing to work with a professional designer?
For large-scale renovations to run smoothly, we work exclusively on designer-led projects. This means a professional designer will collaborate alongside us throughout the process. This can be either a designer of your choosing or our trusted designer. Partnering with a designer ensures that all decisions are coordinated and communicated which helps keep the process smooth and stress-free for everyone.
